Mr. Yesh N.  Shah was born in Mumbai, India. He came to Canada as a Student in 2004 and attended York University taking management courses. He has completed the Immigration Practitioners Certificate from York College of Industry and Technology in Toronto. He was a Certified Canadian Immigration Consultant (CCIC) and a full member of Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC) since 2007.

On July 1st, 2011 the Immigration Minister abolished the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants and introduced a new organization under the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC). Mr. Shah became a member of this new organization immediately after the announcement.  He has obtained his professional designation as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and a full member of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC).

He is working with Active Professionals as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant since 2008. He has an ability to communicate in English, Hindi, Gujarati and Marathi.
