We offer custom services to fit your situation. You select the desired amount and duration of assistance. Our goal is to help the immigrant community by providing flexible service.

- Arrangement for a warm welcome pickup and reception at the airport upon your arrival
- Reserving short-term and permanent accommodation
- Transportation during the settlement procedure
- Aid in completing and submitting Canadian government forms for health insurance, social insurance numbers, child tax credits, citizenship, licenses and business registration
- Directions/Maps of the region and public transportation
- Referrals to employment services; and directions for how to get to your new place of employment

- Personal guidance for survival in Calgary: information on salaries, telephone cards, medical services, restaurants, libraries
- Referrals to doctors, dentists, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, rental agencies, automobile dealers, insurance companies, cultural societies, professional organizations, churches, shops and markets, tutors, music teachers, sports, recreation centers, CSIC full members and Lawyers
- Short-term telephone messages, fax and printing services
- Professional consultants can accompany you to banks, stores, schools, places of employment, and help you fill out necessary forms

- Private tutors and short-term Canadian home stays can be made available
- We provide orientation to Calgary, offer telephone advice, give you printed information - such as maps, guides to local services and community resources - and explain Canadian government and administrative requirements
- Help in completing job applications & interview preparation and coaching

- Assistance to complete any kind of form
- Short-term access to high speed internet and e-mail
- Guidance on how to buy a used or new car
- Completion of personal income tax returns
- Provision of a temporary mailing address while in transition
- Translation and interpretation assistance
- Introduction to computers and setting up an e-mail address
- International Qualification Assessment (IQS) program information
- Selection and enrollment in an ESL (English as a Second Language) program
- Referral for appropriate agency for Canadian office experience as a volunteer
- Preparation of statutory declarations, attestation of documents and forms, authentication of signatures and affidavits
- Preparation of Living Wills and Last Will Preparation. A will is a written document that details how you want your assets distributed after your death or if you become seriously ill and unable to make those decisions for yourself. Ensure your wishes are respected with a properly drafted will. The Alberta Wills Act sets out the requirements for a valid will.
