The office hours for the Active Professionals formerly known as Canada Immigration & Business Services (CIBS) Ltd., are Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (MST). Saturday and late afternoon appointment may be available upon request. We close all statutory holidays. Messages can be left at any time in our secure voice mail. We are located in the heart of Calgary “Centre Street North”, close to down but without the downtown hassles. Our office building is located in front of the Silver Inn Restaurant (corner of 26th Ave NE), and one and half block from the 7-Eleven Store (28th Avenue NW).  Our neighbour has bigger sign “Chiropractic Health Centre”. Our office is on the 2nd floor of a two story small walk-up building # 2705. Main floor has City Prints, Ellerts Trophies, Angelo’s and Luigi’s Hairstyling and Barber Shop, and Joyce Hair Braiding & Hair Extension. There is no name for the building but only number “2705” clearly marked at the front. Our suite number is 200, on the 2nd floor, well marked by signage on the door.  As you know Centre Street is dividing North East and North West. We are on the west side of the Centre Street.

Taking Public Transportation:

Take Bus # 3 (Elbow Drive to Sandstone) via Downtown. During business hours, 3 number bus run every few minutes. Ask the driver to drop you at 27th Avenue at Centre Street North. You will find Building Number 2705 very close to the bus stop. Visit “Calgary Transit Route Information.”  

You should call Calgary Transit at 403-262-1000 for schedule information regardless from where ever you are in Calgary. Friendly staff at Calgary Transit will able to give you all the information about c-trains and bus routes.

Parking :

For your convenience, FREE parking is available on Centre Street North in front of our office building during business hours. There is also free parking available on 26th and 27th Avenue as long as you do not park in front of a garage, driveway, fire hydrant, private parking or in front of a no parking sign. You may find a spot at the rear side of the building but do not park in the first row which is reserved for building tenants.

If you have an email address and online banking password at a participating financial institution, you can send and receive money quickly and easily. Email carries the notice while the financial institutions securely transfer the money using existing payment networks.
